Taylor was raised on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. He began his hospitality career while he was a student at The Art Institute of Seattle and his tenure with Bon Appétit spans over two decades.
He spent 17 years at Seattle University with an incredible leadership and culinary team that prepared him for his career in management. He then traveled to support various locations in the Northwest, primarily focusing on rebuilding and training catering departments at the accounts he assisted, before transitioning to a catering operations manager at the Bill and Melinda Foundation.
Taylor is now the director of catering at Colorado College and looks forward to sharing his expansive and diverse experiences with the catering department while continuing to work with a great management and culinary team.
