Suites & Catering Policies
Bon Appétit Management Company is the exclusive concessions and suite caterer partner for Ed Robson Arena. Outside food or beverage is not allowed, unless previously approved in writing.
Per the State of Colorado Hotel & Restaurant liquor license, owned and managed by Bon Appétit Management Company, no alcohol may leave the premise with clients. Alcoholic beverages cannot be brought into or taken out of Robson Arena. It is the responsibility of the Host or their Representative to monitor and control alcohol consumption within the suite. Minors (those under the age of 21), by law, are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages. It is unlawful to serve alcoholic beverages to an intoxicated person. For suites without a par-restocking agreement, Bon Appetit reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to dispose of any consumed or unopen food and beverage at the end of the event and to restock certain items for subsequent events and credit will not be given for any such items.
Bon Appétit Management Company Catering office hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., closed on some holidays. The Catering office is located in Ticknor Hall.
Selected items are available for event day ordering. Orders will be taken up until the middle of 2nd Event Day menu items may require up to 45-minuntes for delivery. Please ask your suite ambassador to place the order.

Suite ambassadors are assigned to check on your suite throughout the event. For more personal attention, a personal Bon Appétit suite ambassador may be added to your suite to assist in serving food and beverage and to accommodate any request you or your guests may have. Cost per Suite Ambassador is $27.50 per hour.
As the host of the catered event, you are responsible for the equipment we have provided for the service of the catered event. The cost to replace any missing or damaged catering equipment or supplies will be charged to your account.
Unless otherwise specified, disposable bio-ware is included in our catered event pricing.
Formal service ware (China, silverware and glassware) is available for most catered events. A charge of $3.50 per person will be applied to events where such wares are requested.
Any cancellations or changes to menu selections, guest counts, and other event details must be confirmed no less than three (3) business days prior to the event date. Guest count changes that occur within the 3 business days are subject for an additional charge.
Event cancellations with less than the specified notice will result in the client being charged 50% of the total contracted order price. Event cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
Event cancellations occurring within 24 hours of the event will result in the client being charged 100% of the total contracted order price (including any charges for rented equipment, linens, floral arrangements, etc.)

Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of food borne illness, especially if you have a certain medical condition. To our guest with food allergies or sensitivities: Bon Appétit cannot ensure that menu items do not contain ingredients that might cause an allergic reaction. Please let your server know if you have any food allergies.
