Nick Black

Nick is a Colorado local and joined Bon Appétit in 2011. He utilizes his positive attitude and outgoing personality to fuel his culinary talent and work all aspects of the kitchen. He is always excited to try new dishes, but has a passion for working with house-smoked meats and house-made broths.

Nick is an avid wrangler and loves to camp, hunt, and do any outdoor activity.
