We’re getting rooted in local food with a meal made entirely of foods grown within 150 miles of our cafés.
This week in Rastall's dining hall, the Bon Appetit team is going to "Weigh the Waste" at lunches Monday through Friday. By separating food waste by edible food, inedible food (apple cores and such), and disposable waste (napkins), we will report the data of how much plate waste accumulates after every meal.
