This week in Rastall's dining hall, the Bon Appetit team is going to "Weigh the Waste" at lunches Monday through Friday. By separating food waste by edible food, inedible food (apple cores and such), and disposable waste (napkins), we will report the data of how much plate waste accumulates after every meal.
Take the pledge this week to make the switch to plant-based milk when you order a drink! Colorado Coffee and Suzie B's serve oat milk, almond milk, and soy milk, which all have great health benefits and are better for the environment. Give each a try and find out which alternative is your new favorite!
